SalesForce integration guide

  1. If you know your SalesForce Security Token, please skip to Anveo Configuration Section
  2. Login to Salesforce
  3. Open "SETUP" menu as shown in the screenshot below:
  4. Click on 'Reset your security token'
  5. An email will be sent to you with your new security token
Anveo Configuration
  1. Login to the Anveo
  2. Open Anveo Account Preferences page
  3. Select Salesforce CRM Integration
  4. Enter your username, security token and password
  5. Select appropriate integration options

  6. Click the Update button
  7. Now you can configure IVR Call Flow for your Anveo number to capture leads, update notes and more
